Workout Plans

Each workout is designed to be done wherever you feel most comfortable, whether at home, in the park, or while traveling. Sessions last 30-45 minutes and include a pre-workout prayer, as well as pre- and post-workout stretches to help you prepare and recover effectively. Additionally, we provide notes on what to do between workouts to maximize your results. Each workout includes modifications, ensuring that people of all fitness levels can complete them safely and maintain proper form.
